It's official, the Magic Mike 2 wheels are in motion. Channing Tatum has announced that he has started writing the new Chippendales inspired script. There is no word yet if Alex Pettyfer will be returning to the sequel. His new film Endless Love showcases a growing talent that might no longer be content taking his clothes off for the big screen, but not likely.
Channing Tatum officially announced that he is beginning to work on the script for the Magic Mike sequel.
The Hollywood hunk posted a pensive pic of him staring of into space as he ponders penning the plot possibilities in a recent tweet.
"What better way to start writing #MagicMike2 than with my old friend Dallas? #runatribe."
It's still far too early to know just who will be signing up for the flick, bet you can probably count on Alex Pettyfer being there.
The Kid recently admitted that, though he is a veteran at taking his clothes off on screen, things can get a little weird when you throw someone else into the mix (via Star):
"It's so awkward. You think thses things are sensual, but then you start to kiss and you look over and ther;e a big, burly man with a light, saying, 'Just move to the right a little bit, mate.' So, it is not romantic."
Though Alex claims to be inept with women, he admits to Star that he is all about romance:
"I'm so terrible when it comes to talking to women. I'm the worst. I don't know what to say. I come across very, very geeky...I'm a hopeless romantic, and I say it very loudly and proudly."
Perhaps he should stick to Tatum's strategy of move dancing and less talking.
