Ariana Grande and The Wanted’s Nathan Sykes were such a cute couple. It is a shame that they broke up. They could've made such beautiful music together, although, it seems that they still might be. The starlet and her ex-boyfriend are reportedly still working on releasing some new tunes together. Meanwhile, Mariah Carey has seemingly blasted the singer for being compared to a young her.
Ariana Grande is one of the hottest stars out today. The sultry singer/actress has skyrocketed to success over the past few years. One of the many compliments that Grande receives on what seems to be a daily basis is that her vocal stylings sound a lot like, music icon Mariah Carey.
During a recent interview with The Breakfast Club Power 105.1, Carey went full diva when she was asked about Ariana Grande being considered the “young Mariah,” telling the host:
“First of all, I’m still young because I discount numbers. Numerically speaking, I stopped counting at 17..I wish everybody the best of luck and if this is the career path they choose, hopefully they can achieve.”
However, we have been counting, and she's up to 43.
Whatever, out with the old and in with the new music. Ariana and her ex-boyfriend Nathan Sykes have both been teasing that they have some new music coming soon.
After Ariana’s debut album went to number one in Japan recently, the starlet tweeted:
"Now let's let them hear this second album."
On the very same day, Nathan was also in the studio tweeting:
"Today is a day for making music."
It has been reported that Ariana and Nathan will both be on the same track for the actress next record.
