If you ever wondered where the cast of Nickelodeon's Drake and Josh are now, then you are in luck, and you are probably luckier than half the cast. It has been reported recently the show's leading man, Drake Bell, has filed for bankruptcy. It looks like voicing the Ultimate Spider-Man did not pay much. However, Miranda Cosgrove and Josh Peck are doing a lot better. Cosgrove, of course, went on to star in the hit series, iCarly. Now the actress has a brand new show scheduled for NBC. Josh Peck may have thinned down, but his resume hasn’t. The star has been hanging out with the cast of CBS hit series, The Big Bang Theory.
Drake Bell used to be on top of the world. The Drake and Josh star sure has fallen far. It was recently reported that actor has filed for bankruptcy. The Ultimate Spider-Man voice actor reportedly brings in a mere $2,820 a month and has a whopping $18,000 in expenses.
Meanwhile, Drake’s former onscreen little sister, Miranda Cosgrove is doing just fine for herself. After securing her future with the hit series, iCarly and voice roles in the Dispicable Me series.
Now Cosgrove is attending the University of Southern California, where she is majoring in film. Cosgrove recently opened up to Access Hollywood Live about her life after iCarly:
“I’m taking a bunch of film classes And [I’m] watching a lot of movies and [taking] screenwriting classes.”
Cosgrove is also returning to TV in her new NBC show, Girlfriend In a Coma, coming in 2014. In the brand new series, Cosgrove plays the daughter of a woman who went into a 17-year-long coma after she lost her virginity.
Josh Peck has also steadily been working in several small roles, including a guest spot on CBS’ hit series, The Big Bang Theory.
