The cast of Nickelodeon's Victorious are all grown up now. The show’s handsome charmer Avan Jogia, who played Beck Oliver, is changing up his image, by playing a teenage killer on the new ABC family series Twisted. The series returns with all new episodes tonight after a brand new Pretty Little Liars. Meanwhile, Jogia’s former co-star Ariana Grande is on top of the world. Not only has she kept her character Cat Valentine alive on the new show Sam and Cat, but her most recent album, Yours Truly, has skyrocketed up the charts. Now the singer has teased that she is working on new music.
Tonight is the night a lot of Avan Jogia fans have been waiting for. The actors new show, Twisted, returns with an all new episode. The show has cast Jogia as mysterious teen who killed his aunt when he was 11-years-old. Last year, Jogia spoke with Teen Vogue about the new show:
“It's set around a kid who, after being in juvie for 5 years because he murdered his aunt, gets out and goes back to his high school. He tries to reconnect with this two best friends in order to try to get back to the life he had before he made such an awful mistake. But then someone at the school gets murdered and everybody blames him...On the surface, he's charming, charismatic, and funny. He's a magnetic kind of person but you see, as the series goes on, that he's really covering for something inside himself--whether it's something dark, like he's a sociopathic murderer, or whether he just has demons.”
In tonight’s new episode titled, "Dead Men Tell Big Tales,” viewers will finally find out the truth about what happened to Danny’s aunt.
Meanwhile, Ariana Grande has some pretty big future plans of her own. After the breakout success of her recent album, Yours Truly, she has teased that she is working on new music. When it was relieved that Yours Truly reached number 1 in Japan, the actress responded by tweeting:
“Now let's let them hear this second album.”
