‘Robocop’s’ Samuel L Jackson Blast Reporter’s Racist Remarks After ‘Captain America 2’ Death Rumors

Samuel L. Jackson’s resume is so long that if he wanted to print it out, he would have to cut down a small forest. However, Jackson’s filmography does not include a 2014 Super Bowl commercial for Kia. Laurence Fishburne’s resume has a 2014 Super Bowl commercial on it, but Laurence Fishburne is not Samuel L. Jackson. They do not even look alike. However, that didn’t keep one KTLA reporter from confusing the two men. After the interviewer inadvertently made the racist remark to Jackson, he got an ear full from the actor. Meanwhile, Jackson is extending his resume with a role in the new Robocop movie. However, his time over at Marvel might be coming to an end. Rumor has it that character might killed off in the upcoming Avengers or Captain America films.

During a recent interview with KTLA an reporter confused Samuel L. Jackson with Laurence Fishburne, when he asked Jackson about his Super Bowl commercial. Jackson looked a bit confused before calling the reporter out, saying, “What Super Bowl commercial?”

The reporter, with his foot placed firmly in his mouth, also got an ear full from the actor:

"You're as crazy as the people on Twitter. I'm not Laurence Fishburne. We don't all look alike. We may be all black and famous, but we all don't look alike. You're busted."

Jackson did not stop there. When the reporter tried to switch the subject to his new movie Robocop, Jackson kept going:

"There's more than one black guy doing a commercial. I'm the 'What's in your wallet?' black guy. Morgan Freeman is the other credit card black guy. You only hear his voice though so you probably won't confuse him with Laurence Fishburne."

Warning Spoilers Follow

Meanwhile, in other Jackson related news, the new Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier, hints that the character may die. However, it is entirely possible that he fakes his death, as Jackson still has a few films for the studio left on his contract.
