Kourtney Kardashian, of Keeping Up with Kourtney Kardashians fame, recently put rumors that she and boyfriend Scott Disick were going to breakup on hold. The two were just photographed taking Mason on a movie date, following claims that Scott Disick needs rehab and therapy.

"Doting parents, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick made sure their little boy Mason was the centre of attention on Saturday when they took him to see The Lego Movie in Hollywood...His younger sister, Penelope, one, wasn't left out though on the day, as she was babysat by her loving auntie, 29-year-old Khloe Kardashian."
Many fans were relieved to see the KUWTK stars spending some quality time together, especially considering the couple has been plagued by months of breakup rumors. The two have even been shown attending therapy together on their reality show, as Examiner reports:
"Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick appear to be in therapy for their issues. They showed part of their counseling session on Monday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, as they talked about their sleeping arrangements. Scott was worried that he wasn't getting the attention from his girlfriend, since the children were often her top priority."
Those aren't the only rumors flying about Scott Disick either. Since November of 2013, numerous media outlets have reported that the reality star is struggling with alcohol abuse.
