J.K. Rowling Regrets: Harry Potter’s Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe Belong Together

Harry Potter fans were dealt a heavy emotional blow recently, when creator J.K. Rowling admitted that Emma Watson's Hermione Granger and Daniel Radcliffe's charter should have ended up living happily ever after instead of her ending with the lovable loser Ron Weasley. Though she regrets her final decision, Rowling claims that she made it as much for herself as anyone else.

Hold on to your wizard hats folks, because if you always felt that Harry belonged with Hermione, the epic author J.K. Rowling has finally admitted you were right all along.

Rowling has acknowledged that Potter's character would have been a more complete fit or "better match" for the saga's only real romance, but it's too late to go back now.

The well-known writer said she could tell in hindsight that it was the wrong move, but at the time it felt right as rain (via In Touch):

"I can hear the rage and fury it might cause some fans, but if I'm absolutely honest, distance has given me perspective. It was a choice I made for very personal reasons."

All that being said, Emma Watson real love life is on the upswing.

After ditching her boyfriend of two year Will Adamowicz last summer, Emma found new rugby player to take his place, while at Oxford.

Emma has most recently been seeing vacationing in the Carribean with her new athlectic beau Matthew Jannery.

And if Jannery is half the catch his second mom says his is, Matthew is an orphan, than Watson should be alright, even without Harry Potter (via Daily Mail):

""We are thrilled to bits that he is seeing Emma Watson. We are looking forward to meeting her soon. Hats off to her for finding such a wonderful young man. There is nothing bad anyone could say about Matt. He is absolutely lovely. After Matt's mum died I became his second mother. I took him up to Oxford when he started there. I am very proud of him."

You know Harry was an orphan. Is life imitating art? Perhaps if Jannery looked like the ginger weirdo Ron instead of all-star British Adonis.

Though maybe Rowling in too blame for Vern Troyer still being single, but probably not.
