Ra’s al Ghul’s League of Assassins Return In All New Episode of Stephen Amell’s ‘Arrow’ Tonight

Tonight is the night Arrow fans have been waiting for. In an all new episode of the hit CW series, Ra’s al Ghul’s League of Assassins make their return. This time around, the League sends in one of their top dogs, Nyssa al Ghul, to hunt down the Black Canary.

Tonight on an all new Arrow we finally meet, Ra’s al Ghul’s daughter, Nyssa al Ghul. Spartacus actress, Katrina Law, plays the comic character. Law recently spoke with E! Online about prepping for the role, adding:

“She is precision and precise and everything she does has a purpose and an intent. So I tried to make sure my movements were sharp--that was the biggest stress."

Unlike her big sister, Talia, Nyssa has gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to out of comic appearances. However, the lack of definition and history is something that Law likes, adding:

"I love it. I love the fact that she hasn't been in any movie and the interpretation is left wide open between the writers and myself with what we want to do with even everything down to how she looks and her costume. Everything about her is just wide open."

Arrow producer, Andrew Kreisberg, recently spoke to IGN, about how much a treat Nyssa can be:

“Nyssa is obviously Ra's al Ghul's daughter, and second to him she's one of the most important figures in the League. They sent their first round of minions to come for Sara, and that didn't go so well for them, so now they're bringing out the big guns. I think the way Nyssa comes into the story is in a far more provocative and surprising way than the last round [of the League] that came in episode 205.”

The new episode of Arrow airs tonight on the CW, at 8 p.m.
