Did you catch the big game this weekend? No, not the one where the Seattle Seahawks slaughtered the Denver Broncos. The biggest game of the week was the DirecTV 8th Annual Celebrity Beach Bowl. The game included some of the hottest celebrities in the entertainment industry going head to head in a game of flag football. Some of the games players included The Vampire Diaries starlet Nina Dobrev, alongside Thor 2: The Dark World’s Zachary Levi. Other participants included the always kissing John Legend and his new bride Chrissy Teigen, as well as Hayley Williams and her band Paramore.
Last Saturday, DirecTV kicked off its eighth annual Celebrity Beach Bowl at Pier 40 in Manhattan. The all-star celebrity touch football game was jam packed with some of the hottest names in the galaxy.
Nina Dobrev gave it her best to take down Thor 2: The Dark World and Chuck star Zachary Levi. However, ultimately Levi’s moves proved too much for The Vampire Diaries starlet and her team.
Despite being on opposite sides, John Legend and his new bride Chrissy Teigen, took a few time outs in order to make out. Before the game, Teigen told E! Online about her plans to get physical with her husband on the field:
“Now that John is playing, I plan on making touch football "extremely touchy football.”
Geeze. Sure these two are madly in love, but they are like one PDA slip up away from being put on a sex offenders list.
Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev and ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder are reportedly getting back together.
The TVD co-stars have been said to be secretly dating, while they are debating on whether or not to go public. An unnamed insider recently told Celebrity Dirty Laundry about Dobrev and Somerhalder’s secret plans:
"They’re both doing their best to keep it quiet. They’re not sure if they’re going to go back into full dating mode, especially since they’re still on good terms and don’t want to ruin their existing friendship."
