New 'Archer Vice' and 'Chozen' Vs Nathan Fillion's 'Castle' Tonight

It is Monday night and that means that there are brand new episodes of FX’s Archer: Vice and the new series, Chozen. However, the animated comedies have a little bit of competition on the other side of the dial, with ABC’s hit series Castle. The hit series, starring Firefly’s Nathan Fillion, is all new tonight.

With NBC’s breakout series The Blacklist taking a hiatus this week, there are a few other shows at 10 p.m, that are chomping at the bit to win the night.

The two main competitors for tonight's time slot are The FX animated double feature of Archer: Vice and Chozen and ABC’s hit series Castle.

Over at FX, Archer: Vice kicks off the night with all new episode, titled “House Call.” In the episode, the former secret agents-turned-drug dealers have to deal with the issue of addiction coming home to haunt them. The official plot synopsis for the episode reads:

“Archer stages an intervention for Pam, but it gets derailed by an unwanted guest.”

The series is followed by the brand new series Chozen, starring Saturday Night Live’s Bobby Moynihan. The new show features Moynihan as a recently released from prison, gay white rapper. The show is created and produced by the minds behind the hit HBO series, Eastbound and Down.

Over at ABC, the hit crime drama Castle is also brand new. The official episode synopsis, titled “Dressed To Kill,” reads:

“The assistant to a ruthless fashion editor is killed, leading Castle and Beckett into the high-stakes world of high fashion. Meanwhile, Beckett's background in modeling grants her access to a special surprise for her wedding.”
