Carnegie Hall Lang Lang Friends: Joshua Bell Ready to perform

Joshua Bell is on tap to perform with Lang Lang and Friends at charity even at Carnegie Hall on October 30, the Grammy award winning Bell will bring his delightful bow and string to New York to accompany alongside other great acts like the great Dee Dee Bridgewater. The Lang Lang International Music Foundation will see Bell reunited with Chinese philanthropist as they look to amaze crowds in this exclusive one night show.

Originally a resident of Bloomington, Indiana, Bell like so many top classical musicians the likes of Lang Lang himself and Ji-yong opted to live in New York so that they can play in massive venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden (MSG) and the newly erected Barclays Center home of the Brooklyn Nets.

Bell will be returning to Carnegie Hall on October 30 the place he made his debut back in 1985 the St.Louis Symphony. The Grammy Award winning violinist is also known for his work playing in film, doing work for John Corligliano's Oscar winning "The Red Violin," the violinist was also involved in "Ladies in Lavender," a popular Charles Dance Film.

Musically Bell is associated with the Italian master Riccardo Muti, the man in charge of the Philadelphia Orchestra these days. The pair combined when Bell was merely 14 years old. The St. Louis Symphony is also one of his allies when it comes to performing. The expert violinist also has strong ties to the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Academy of Music in London.

Audiences will be enthralled at Carnegie Hall come October the benefit concert organized by Lang Lang. Bell will no doubt play a pivotal roll at the proceedings on his Stradivarius.
