Girls Lena Dunham Cracked Over Fat Criticism Pressure and Rihanna Chris Brown Feud?

Lena Dunham has enjoyed quite a meteoric rise for her young age, but rumor has it that friends and family fear the Girls creator may have cracked under the pressure. Not only has she faced a constant barrage of insults and criticism for appearing nude on television with her own body, Dunham has to worry about Rihanna going after her for questioning the pop singer's decision to reunite with bad boy Chris Brown.

Before the third season even premiered on HBO, Girls creator Lena Dunham was forced to defend her decision to appear on her show naked.

Dunham fired back at the snide remark like a pro, but no doubt it affected her delicate ego (via Today):

"It's a realistic expression of what it's like to be alive, I think, and I totally get it. If you're not into me, that's your problem, and you're going to have to kind of work that out with whatever professionals you've hired."

Dunham then brought down the ire of someone she truly does admire, Rihanna.

The young director went wrong when she was foolish enough to comment on Ri Ri and Chris Brown's stop and go relationship (via Star):

"She's had this amazing career and then she gets back together with Chris Brown and posts a million picture of them smoking marijuana together in bed. And it cracks my heart in half."

That went over the line in Rihanna's book and now Lena had better watch her back an insider told Star:

"Rihanna is vindictive and so stirred up by Lena that's she's told her team she wants to be at the next event Lena goes to so she can go off on her in person."

Friends and family are afraid that all this negative energy might send Lena back down the mental spiral that she had to overcome after high school.

Lena admitted to not only suffering with OCD as teenager, but having problems with anxiety and hypochondria.

Now that she is under so much stress and pressure, a friend told Star that everyone was staring to worry about her mental state:

"She is her own worst critic and will work night and day on the show. It takes a toll. Her family doesn't want her to become a prisoner of her own mind again...The truth is that she's very fragile-and everyone is just fearful that the pressure will send her spiraling down."

How many lives does Chris Brown have to ruin before he is satisfied?
