George Zimmerman has been called a lot of things. Murderer, racist, child killer, psychopath, bully, womanizer and fat are just a few of the many names that people have called him. Now he can add "art thief" to the list. Zimmerman is drawing comparisons to plagiarist Shia Labeouf with his latest work. It has been reported that Zimmerman’s latest painting is a copy of an AP photo.
When he is not busy allegedly pointing guns at women and children, George Zimmerman likes to paint. Now it has been revealed that his new painting, Angie, is a copy of an AP photo.
The painting is pretty much a tracing of a photo by Rick Wilson of prosecutor Angie Corey.
Looking a lot like one of those infamous real people tattoo fails, the picture is of Florida state prosecutor Angie Corey pinching her little fingers together. The text on the photo reads:
"I have this much respect for the American judicial system - Angie C."
Apparently, Zimmerman has this much respect for copyrights and artistic integrity.
Zimmerman’s brother, Robert Zimmerman JR , tweeted a picture of the painting along with the message:
"Very proud to introduce @TherealGeorgeZ 's latest..."Angie". Sale info & details available tomorrow."
However, if you do want a copy and don't have a lot of cash for murderer's art, then do not worry. Robert Zimmerman also tweeted:
"Considering all options, incl. affordable prints,"
George Zimmerman’s last painting is also apparently a copy of a stock photo of the American flag. However, the minimal effort, and subpar painting sold for an insane $100,099.99 on Ebay. Zimmerman captioned the tracing--sorry, painting--with the message:
"Everyone has been asking what I have been doing with myself. I found a creative way to express myself, my emotions and the symbols that represent my experiences. My art work allows me to reflect, providing a therapeutic outlet and allows me to remain indoors."
