The long wait is finally over, as the day of Bachelor 17 Sean Lowe and Catherine Guidici's wedding has arrived. The born-again virgin and his blushing bride have chosen today’s date to air live their lifelong commitment to each other to the entire world.
Sean Lowe and Catherine Guidici are excited about their wedding later tonight, if not totally prepared.
Catherine admitted to ABC the usually laid back pair insisted that one part of the wedding be left to them, whether they can pull it off or not:
“He's been really lenient about everything but the vows. We definitely wanted to write our own vows, and that came from [Sean], which is so sweet. Very, very early on he said, 'I want to do our vows,' even though we just started them a couple days ago."
Don’t worry; there will be more to the wedding than just the two of them stumbling through some hastily prepared vows. OK! Magazine, who apparently has the inside scoop on the itinerary, released some of the details:
“The special also includes footage of the couple planning their 'grown sexy' soiree with planner Mindy Weiss, selecting Catherine’s gown and wedding-night lingerie, and picking two cakes they’ll serve at the lavish reception at the Four Seasons Resort, The Biltmore Santa Barbara.”
Though that all sounds like a lot of fun, Catherine is most excited about the post wedding private party back at the honeymoon suite (via In Touch):
“I’ve been attracted to Sean since I first met him, but now it’s like we’ve merged into a single, inseparable person. I can’t wait to solidify that bond!”
