Khloe Kardashian, of Keeping Up with the Kardashian fame, is moving forward with her divorce from Lamar Odom. It looks like she already separated herself from their family home, after months of rumors that Lamar is guilty of cheating on her and repeatedly abusing hard drugs.
The Kardashians might not be great at relationships, but they are awesome when it comes to making money. This was especially true when Khloe sold her home, as TMZ reveals:
"Khloe and Lamar listed the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million...shortly before Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009. Now, sources tell us, the home has sold for $5.49 million...nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. We're told Khloe's now looking for a new place near her mom in Hidden Hills."
Unfortunately, not everything is going so well for Khloe. Since last summer, she and Lamar have been prominently featured on nearly every tabloid cover.
While the specifics vary for each publication, they all made the same claims-Lamar Odom uses hard drugs and routinely cheats on his wife.
Even Lamar, himself, mentioned fooling around behind Khloe's back. A nearly incoherent Odom raps shirtless in a video, where he states:
"And when Khloe's out of town / I still be on the DL. You know what it is / We the QU [Queens] pimps / Ask any of these shorties / We ran through their cribs."
OK! fears that the worst hasn't even happened yet. According to one insider, Lamar is looking for a hefty payday:
"He's been through a lot of his fortune with the crazy lifestyle, all the partying, the fast cars and loose women. Maybe $50 million might sound like a crazy amount but Lamar figures the Kardashians are rolling in money. This is like peanuts to them in the big picture."
The whole mess has really taken a toll on the socialite. Khloe even came clean on the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, where she told viewers:
"I've been in hiding because I'm afraid of people. I can't look at people in the eyes. And I'm not even the one who did anything...I've been putting myself aside to save hopefully somebody else's life and now that I've come to terms that I can't, I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot."
