Shirtless Tom Hiddleston Works Out In New ‘Coriolanus’ Video Before Movie Release [LINK]

Tom Hiddleston is without a doubt one of the hottest new stars around. Hiddleston became a household name playing the Marvel villain Loki in the Thor and Avengers films. However, Hiddleston is a lot more than just a Disney prince. The well rounded actor has returned to his stage roots in a new version of Coriolanus, at London's Donmar Warehouse. The performance has been so well received that it has been honored with a rarely awarded theatrical release of a live broadcast. Before the movie release, fans can feast their eyes on a new preview video, featuring a shirtless Hiddleston gearing up for battle. In the special sneak peak, Hiddelton can be seen working out and practicing some of his fighting moves.

There is no stopping Tom Hiddleston. After pretty much winning all of 2013, the actor shows no signs of slowing down.

It was recently revealed that Tom Hiddleston’s latest project, a stage version of Shakespeare's Coriolanus at the Donmar Warehouse, was going to be broadcast in theaters for a limited time.

His new performance in Shakespeare’s tragedy, , at Donmar Warehouse is about to broadcast its January 30 performance in cinemas. This will make only the second show in Donmar Warehouse history to be broadcast in cinemas . Hiddleston, himself, recently spoke to The Telegraph about the honor:

“It is a huge and slightly overwhelming privilege. I feel incredibly excited about it.”

Now fans can catch a special behind the scenes preview of Hiddleston before a show. In the new video, Hiddleston can be seen having makeup applied and working on his fighting moves. He even throws in a few push ups just to drive the fangirls crazy.

The live broadcast of Cornelius will be in select cinemas on January 30, 2013.

The official synopsis from The National Theater Live, reads:

“National Theatre Live will broadcast the Donmar Warehouse’s production of Coriolanus, Shakespeare’s searing tragedy of political manipulation and revenge, with Tom Hiddleston (The Avengers, War Horse (film), BBC's The Hollow Crown) in the title role and Mark Gatiss (Season's Greetings at the National Theatre, BBC's Sherlock) as Menenius, directed by the Donmar's Artistic Director Josie Rourke.

When an old adversary threatens Rome, the city calls once more on her hero and defender: Coriolanus. But he has enemies at home too. Famine threatens the city, the citizens’ hunger swells to an appetite for change, and on returning from the field Coriolanus must confront the march of realpolitik and the voice of an angry people.”
