'Teen Mom' Custody Update: Amber Portwood, Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans [RUMORS]

For some members of the Teen Mom cast, the ladies still find themselves battling for custody of their children. Amber Portwood's baby daddy has no plans of granting her joint custody. Jenelle Evans mom is offering Jenelle her child back, if she can stay sober for one year. Somehow, despite all odds, Farrah Abraham still has custody of her child.

It seems like good things rarely happen for the girls of Teen Mom. Luckily Jenelle Evans luck might be turning around.

Sure, she was just arrested for disorderly conduct, marking her tenth arrest in just a few years, but that doesn't mean she's not fit to be a mother.

Jenelle recently opened up to OK! about what it would take to get custody of her child, Jace:

"My mom is actually really supportive and excited. My mom told me, 'If you will keep [being sober] up for a year, I'll give you custody of Jace.'"

One person who's not so likely to offer up custody is Gary Shirley, baby daddy of Amber Portwood. When asked by OK! if he would consider granting Amber custody since she's sober, Gary wasn't buying it:

"Well, everyone knows that she went to jail for drugs and stuff. I'm not saying she'll ever get back into that, but I hear stories of how easy it is to relapse because that pressure is always there. I don't want to screw myself over [by agreeing to joint custody] and then have to fight for Leah. So I think it is going to stay the way it is, just to protect Leah."

Shockingly, Farrah Abraham has somehow managed to keep custody of her child. This is true, despite admitting that she and daughter Sophia spend lots of time apart:

"You know, honestly, it's refreshing that Sophia and I have a break. I think it's healthy. Sophia is busy. She has her own life. She's doing her own thing and I'm doing mine."
