Chris Siegfried Fiance 'Bachelorette' Desiree Hartsock Plans Bridal Collection Design Not Wedding?

Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock is capitalizing on her fame, before cashing in her last fame chip, by televising her wedding to fiance Chris Siegfried. While there's still no real word on any nuptial details, the world has learned that she is planning to launch a bridal-themed collection with Maggie Sottero.

Desiree isn’t the first to capitalize on her reality show fame and won’t be the last.

The line will include a dress for her wedding reception, as well as other exclusive designs.

Desiree told Newsok that she was excited to take this step forward with someone as esteemed as Maggie Sottero:

“As an aspiring bridal designer, it’s been a goal of mine to learn from the best in the industry and to incorporate the genius of other gifted designers into my own experience,” Hartsock said. “From my years as a bridal sales associate and stylist, I can’t think of a better mentor and partner than Maggie Sottero and I’m thrilled with the opportunity.”

The designs will make their debut at Maggie Sottero’s Spring 2015 collection Aug. 24-25th at the L.A. Couture Show, hosted by The Knot in Hollywood, Calif.

While the couple has been tight lipped about any wedding plans they might be making, Desiree doesn't mind sharing a little relationship advice.

She told OK! her trick to a successful relationship:

“Communication is key. You have to be each other’s best friend. It’s how you learn about each other and have your relationship grow.”

Who takes relationship advice from someone who is afraid to get married?
