Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Joyce Giraud is sick and tired of dispelling rumors that she has an eating disorder. The former Miss Puerto Rico is frustrated with feuding Brandi Glanville accusations that she is anorexic.
The 38-year-old thinks it is ridiculous that Glanville would even imply she has an eating disorder.
Giraud told Star that was inappropriate for Glanville to joke about something so serious:
“In the entirety of my life, I have never had an eating disorder...It’s disrespectful of Brandi to accuse me of such an ugly disease. Anorexia and bulimia are serious problems, and for her to just throw around that so easily is hurtful, not only to me but also to those who watch the show.”
Nevermind the anorexics who don’t appreciate being associated with Joyce Giraud and her television show.
It is doubtful that Giraud will get another apology from Glanville, she already said sorry for calling her black.
Glanville and Giraud had a heart felt moment recently on the show, where Brandi finally gave Joyce the apology she needed (via People):
“I would like to say that I might say stupid things, but I'm not a racist [and] I've never been bully...I don't like you, you don't like me...If I was a f------ bully, I'd have knocked your teeth out!...I apologize...Moving forward, I will be kind to you.”
When Giraud was so moved she moved in for hug, the always gracious lady Glanville politely rebuffed:
“Don't touch me. We can agree to disagree, but we don't have to touch."
Sounds like dialogue straight from the pages of Pride and Prejudice.
