The good news is that Good Luck Charlie is all new tonight after a long holiday hiatus. However, the bad news is that there are only three episodes of the hit series left before the finale. The series is reportedly going out with a bang, after it was revealed that one of the last episodes will feature a gay character. Check out Bridgit Mendler and the Duncan family before it is too late.
There are only three episodes left of the beloved Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie.
Last year, it was announced that this would be the last season for Good Luck Charlie. A rep for the Disney Channel made the announcement in a statement to the press:
“On behalf of everyone at Disney Channel, it’s been our great pleasure to work with the extraordinary producers Phil Baker, Drew Vaupen and Dan Staley and the writers and crew of Good Luck Charlie...We could not have dreamt of a better cast than Bridgit Mendler, Jason Dolley, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Bradley Steven Perry, Mia Talerico and Eric Allan Kramer (and even little Logan Moreau as Baby Toby!) and the many guest stars who make the series so special.”
One of the very last episodes for the series will be a first for the Disney Channel. The episode will reportedly feature a lesbian couple. The same sex parents' child will have a play date with Charlie.
Contrary to widespread belief, America will not be ruined, and your children will not be turned gay upon viewing the episode.
Everyone knows that the only way you can turn into a gay is to be bitten by a weregay during a full moon. However, if after watching the episode, your kids develop a case of jazz hands and an eye for fashion, then you should probably just embrace it.
The first of the final three episodes airs tonight at 8 p.m. on the Disney Channel.
