Teresa Giudice Fraud Trial Rumors: Separating from Husband After Nancy Grace Attack [UPDATE]

There is a new wave of rumors surrounding Teresa Giudice's upcoming fraud trial. According to a new report, she will be represented separately from her husband Joe. This latest revelation comes after the celebrity housewife was attacked by Nancy Grace.

Celebuzz claims to have gotten their hands on the official court documents of Joe and Teresa Giudice. The reports suggest that Joe and Teresa will be represented by different attorneys.

According to the gossip site, Joe is planning on taking full responsibility for their 40 + fraud charges. The documents seem to suggest that Joe will say:

"Teresa had no knowledge of any misrepresentation on loan and mortgage applications and lines of credit. Teresa was not aware that various properties and businesses were acquired in her name. Joe signed Teresa's name on numerous occasions without her knowledge or permission. Joe's former business partner signed Teresa's name on docs, as did Joe's attorney, again without her knowledge or authorization. And other people were aware that Teresa had not signed those docs."

Of course, it seems like this is going to be a long stretch. One person who is definitely not buying it is Nancy Grace.

In December of last year, the Headline News host expressed her thoughts on the Giudice trial. Without hearing both sides of the story, the giant talking head felt confident enough to proclaim the couple guilty:

"I think they were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."

What do you think about the Giudices' latest plans? Could it possible work? Do you think Nancy Grace is right?
