It didn't really catch anyone by surprise when Khloe Kardashian announced that she would be divorcing her estranged husband. It did, however, catch a few by surprise when it was revealed that Brody Jenner and Lamar Odom recently attended the same party.
Lamar Odom might not have seen Khloe for quite some time, but the same can't be said for all of the Kardashian/Jenner clan.
Following Sunday's Golden Globes, the NBA star found himself partying alongside Brody Jenner. According to Us Weekly, the two didn't hang out together though:
"Great minds think alike! NBA player Lamar Odom and reality personality Brody Jenner happened to attend the same Golden Globes after party on Sunday, Jan. 12...Though the two didn't mingle at the 1OAK Nightclub in West Hollywood, the event might have been a bit awkward, considering the celebs have one common link."
The popular gossip tabloid goes on to claim that Odom, who was reportedly entering rehab, appeared to be getting drunk on the dance floor. After the DJ announced Odom's presence, the rag reports:
"At one point Odom was holding a glass of champagne and toasted a friend, but chose not to drink the champagne. The athlete also posed for several photos with fans."
Maybe it's not that odd that Lamar and Brody are hanging out. From a recent article by E! News, it appears that even Lamar and Khloe have been on friendly terms:
"Khloé and Lamar are still speaking on the phone. Not a lot but every so often. They are still working out some logistics and things are friendly between them. They will always have a deep affection for one another."
