After Pippa Middleton Engagement Rumors, Princess Kate and Prince George New Home Finished [UPDATE]

After more Pippa Middleton engagement rumors, her sister, Princess Kate, recently finished renovations on her new home. Now she, Prince William and baby George are enjoying the full amenities of Apartment 1A.

Towards the end of 2013, Kate Middleton was finally able to move into her royal digs at Kensington Palace.

The duchess, Prince William and George Alexander Louis are now officially calling Apartment 1A, the former residence of Princess Margaret, their home.

Popular U.S. tabloid OK! claims to have spoken with a family friend who describes what it was like when Will and Kate entered their home for the first time:

"Will swung open the doors and carried Kate over the threshold! The prince had champagne on ice and flowers waiting, along with a fruit basket and cupcakes. There were balloons and a 'Home Sweet Home' banner on the wall. Kate was overcome; Will popped the cork and they toasted their new home!"

Of course, this isn't the only reason that Kate finds herself in the news. Her sister, the gorgeous Pippa Middleton, is busy generating a few headlines of her own.

According to multiple reports, Pippa is engaged to her 36-year-old boyfriend, Nico Jackson.

Rumors that Nico, a wealthy stockbroker, would be asking for Pippa's hand in marriage first surfaced last September. Since then, a number of gossip sites have reported that the two are already engaged.

This is especially true for E! News, who tells their viewers that the couple will definitely be getting married in 2014:

"The sources claiming Pippa is already engaged are quite specific, saying Nico's proposal at Oberoi Amarvilas (the luxury getaway) 'was exactly how he planned it...Very romantic and grand!' They also report that the maybe-bride-to-be, 30, and her feasible fiancé, 36, plan to wed in 2014 at the Middleton family's Bucklebury estate."

What do you think about the latest claims? Is there really another wedding coming?
