'Thor’s' Chris Hemsworth and Pregnant Wife Elsa Pataky Twin Baby Bump Pics and Due Date After Near Death Accident?

Chris Hemsworth is a blessed man. Not only did the Thor star and his family recently survive a near death accident while filming his new movie, but the actor and his lovely wife, Elsa Pataky, are expecting a baby. The Fast and Furious starlet is reportedly pregnant with twins. She recently showed off her baby bump on the red carpet at the Golden Globes. Now new details about her due date have started to emerge.

Chris Hemsworth has a lot be thankful for. The actor and his family escaped death twice this year. The cast and crew of Hemsworth’s new movie, In the Heart of the Sea, were all threatened late last year by a massive mudslide. Thankfully, everyone was safely evacuated but tragically five others were killed during the disaster. Director Ron Howard tweeted about the tragic event:

“Rare heavy rain in La Gomera forced us to our small converted cover stage…Then our access road began to flood…Soon we were advised to wrap and evacuate. Pronto. Asap”

Shortly before that Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky were reportedly on board a ship that ran aground in the Canary Islands. Luckily, no one was hurt and everyone on board was rescued shortly after by members of the area coastguard.

The actor and has family are now safely back home. Recently the couple showed off Elsa’s baby bump on the red carpet at the Golden Globe awards.

A new report from Hola, also claims that the actress is expecting twins. The report goes on to say that she is in her third trimester and will be giving birth in early spring.

With three kids in the house, Hemsworth is thinking about taking some time off of work, telling Bang Showbiz:

''I've been working solidly for a couple of years now, to the point where I have to slow down and spend some time with my family...You spend so long having your hand up, saying 'C'mon, c'mon--pick me!' there is a fear of saying no to things. It's bred into you. I get s**t sent to me and I think, ' I should probably just take this.' But now I try to say, 'Hold on--do you even like it? ' I do have a little control now. That's the transition--I'm not at the mercy of someone else so much. That's just as scary as it is liberating.''
