Teresa Giudice Battling Cheating Rumors After Nancy Grace Feud, Fraud Charge Arrest [UPDATE]

Teresa Giudice isn't just battling fraud charges, she's also facing off against rumors that her husband is cheating on her. This latest wave of claims comes after her feud with Nancy Grace.

2013 wasn't a great year for Teresa Giudice and it looks like 2014 won't be much better. A new report has surfaced which claims Teresa is in denial about her husband, Joe Giudice, and his rumored affair.

According to the insider who spoke with Radar Online, Teresa isn't willing to accept the situation for what it is:

"She's not doing a thing about it. She didn't say one word [to him]. This is how I heard her talk to Joe (afterwards), 'Hey Joe.' It's just like that. Nothing."

The source went on to bash Joe, claiming that he is nothing more than a liar and a thief:

"He just lies and says, 'What are you, crazy? I would never do that because I'm in the public eye. Meanwhile, he was caught texting and driving in a school zone, got arrested again. He doesn't give a damn about nothing!"

Of course, this isn't the first time that the gossip site has reported that Joe has cheated. In a recent post, the website actually published photos of Joe getting close to a woman that's not his wife, along with the text:

"The shocking photo is just the latest dagger to the heart for the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is currently facing 41 federal counts of financial fraud and tax evasion."

Just when things couldn't get worse for the embattled couple, watchdog Nancy Grace went after the family:

"I think [Teresa and Joe] were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."
