Rumors continue to fly about Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott getting a possible divorce, over Dean's alleged cheating. The latest claims come after it was revealed that both Tori, who has admitted that she's nearly broke, and Dean were evicted from their home.
Things just keep getting worse for poor old Tori Spelling. After battling divorce rumors for months, she now may find herself without a home.
According to multiple reports, the papz took a photo of what appeared to be an eviction notice on the home of Tori and Dean.
Yesterday, however, a representative for Tori dispelled the rumors, releasing a statement to E! News that reads:
"Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house. All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn."
Many doubt the publicist's statement, especially considering Tori has revealed that she was having money trouble. In fact, her husband couldn't even afford to get a vasectomy.
Turns out Dean may have actually needed that surgery. Us Weekly was among the first to claim that McDermott has been unfaithful to Spelling, telling readers:
"While promoting his gig as host of Chopped Canada in Toronto on Dec. 6, McDermott invited 28-year-old Emily Goodhand, a woman he met that day through friends, to his room at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel--where they had sex, she tells Us. 'He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage,' says Goodhand, who stayed over at his hotel the following night too. 'I believed him.'"
Us Weekly wasn't the only tabloid to report on marriage trouble. OK! quotes a source as revealing:
"When Tori stepped out without her wedding ring, Dean knew she meant business. He's still saying the claims are exaggerated, but he's told Tori he'll do anything to make it up to her, and has begged her not to leave him."
