Tom Hiddleston has been raking the accolades in hand over fist lately. The actor basically won 2013.
First Hiddleston claimed MTV’s Sexiest Man of the Year. Hiddleston won against fellow Marvel villain, X-Men: Days of Future Past star Michael Fassbender, with an impressive 70 plus percent of the vote.
Next Hiddleston was voted E! Online’s Best Celebrity of 2013. Hiddleston took on The Vampires Diaries star, Ian Somerhalder, for the top prize. According to the publication’s website, Hiddleston claimed 52.9 percent of the votes, totalling out to 38,689 with Ian Somerhalder bringing in 34,385 or 47.1 percent.
Now Hiddleston has been named Hello Online’s Most Attractive Man of 2013. Hiddleston also won this award with a landslide. Hiddleston claimed 64 percent of the vote, with Orlando Bloom only bringing in 22 percent.
Now there's some good news for fans who can not wait to see a little more of the superstar.
His new performance in Shakespeare’s tragedy, Cornelius, at Donmar Warehouse is about to broadcast its January 30 performance in cinemas. This will make only the second show in Donmar Warehouse history to be broadcast.
Hiddleston recently spoke to The Telegraph about the honor:
“It is a huge and slightly overwhelming privilege. I feel incredibly excited about it.”
No doubt that Loki fans everywhere will be flocking to see the show.
