According to new reports, Camille Grammer was granted an extension for her restraining order against ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos. Dimitri was accused of domestic violence after he allegedly abused Camille.
Numerous media outlets are reporting that Camille Grammer will be sleeping a little bit better tonight. NY Daily News is among those claiming that Camille took home a courtroom victory today:
"Camille Grammer has won a three-year restraining order against the ex-boyfriend she claims beat and suffocated her in a Texas hotel room. A judge in Santa Monica, Calif., granted the extension Monday after Dimitri Charalambopoulos filed a counter-declaration Dec. 27 and denied roughing up the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star."
As Classicalite previously reported:
According to People, who claims to have obtained official court documents, Camille has filed a restraining order against her boyfriend. Camille reportedly told the court that the two began fighting at 1:30 a.m. and things quickly escalated:
"He grabbed me by the hair, twisted it around his hand, and repeatedly pulled my head into the bed and its headboard. [He] succeeded in pulling out swaths of my hair and gave me a large, painful contusion on the side of my head. All the while, I was screaming for help."
Now her friend and fellow cast mate, Taylor Armstrong, has responded to her claims. The socialite told E! News, exclusively:
"I am shocked and saddened by reports that Camille was in an abusive relationship. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to take a stand and report abuse. Camille made the right choice and I am proud of my friend. She has my love and support during this challenging time with both her health and her personal life."
