'Transformers 4:' New Super Bowl Trailer Footage Announced After Tina Fey Bombs Michael Bay at Golden Globes

Transformer 4: Age of Extinction is one of the most highly anticipated new films of 2014. Fans who have been eagerly awaiting a new trailer might soon get their wish, as Michael Bay has promised us new footage during the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, Tina Fey made fun of the director's recent Samsung incident during the Golden Globes.

Last week, Michael Bay stormed off the stage during Samsung's press event at CES. After an issue with the teleprompter, Bay lost his way and walked out on his presentation. Bay later apologized on his website, writing:

“Wow! I just embarrassed myself at CES-I was about to speak for Samsung for this awesome Curved 105-inch UHD TV. I rarely lend my name to any products, but this one is just stellar. I got so excited to talk, that I skipped over the Exec VP’s intro line and then the teleprompter got lost. Then the prompter went up and down--then I walked off. I guess live shows aren’t my thing. But I’m doing a special curved screen experience with Samsung and Transformers 4 footage that will be traveling around the world.”

Tina Fey briefly made fun of Bay’s blow up at the Golden Globe Awards, when she pretended to get lost in the prompter.

Speaking of new footage, a new teaser trailer is scheduled to air at the Super Bowl. Bay first made the announcement on his website, writing:

"... We have completed our five and half month shoot. We got back from a month long shoot in China. My crew and I had a fantastic time shooting in Hong Kong and Mainland China. It was an amazing experience, and I love the country. My cast was absolutely fantastic, and a very fun group to work with. We are working hard cutting the movie right now. I think the first piece comes out for the Super Bowl and a teaser right after that."
