Ant-Man is set to kick off Marvel’s Phase Three movie project in 2015, and fans can not wait to see Paul Rudd dawn his new Ant-Man suit. However, Judd Apatow doesn’t have to wait. He has allegedly seen Rudd in all his superhero glory. Although, Rudd might not be only the man to dawn the Ant-Man suit.
It must be a Hollywood thing that famous directors get to see actors they worked with get dressed for their new movies or either there are some weird cosplay parties going on in La La Land.
Not only has Kevin Smith seen Batman Vs Superman's Ben Affleck zip the new Bat-suit, but now Judd Apatow has come forward to say that he has seen Paul Rudd in his skin tight Ant-Man skivvies.
Apatow recently spoke with MTV about playing dress up with Rudd:
"I've already seen [Rudd suited up] in our personal lives together, but I'm super excited for him."
He went on to further hero worship the Anchorman star, adding:
"There's nothing more fun than being allowed into that Marvel world and to see Paul kick ass. I'm ready. It's about time....He's always been a superhero of my life and work, so it's not unexpected."
However, Rudd might not be the only hero in the new movie. It has been rumored that the new film will feature two different Ant-Men. In the comics, the second Ant-Man, Scott Lang, stole Hank Pym's, the first Ant-Man’s, shrinking tech. Wright has often described the movie as a heist film on several occasions.
