2014 is shaping up to a very good start for Even Peters. Not only is he starring in Fox’s X-Men: Days of Future Past, but he just got engaged to his American Horror Story: Coven co-star, Emma Roberts. The couple have managed to look past Roberts' domestic assault against Peters last year.
Good news for Even Peters and his American Horror Story: Coven co-star Emma Roberts. The happy couple have gotten engaged. However, things were not always so happy go lucky for the two of them.
Last year, Roberts was arrested for assaulting Peters. Canadian cops showed up to the couple’s hotel room after a fellow guest called them to investigate a fight.
When the cops arrived, they found Evan Peters with visible wounds including a bloody nose and a bite mark.
After the incident, a rep for the couple released a statement on their behalf:
“It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."
Peters dropped all charges against Roberts.
The couple recently had an on screen threeway with Taissa Farmiga. Farmiga spoke with Vulture about getting intimate with the couple.
“It was definitely a little odd, but I think we were just laughing about how crazy it was. I think we just wanted it to be done. Luckily, we went with “the implied version,” and we were all happy about that...You get so many drafts of the scripts; I really don’t know what the first version was. But in the end, I think what we did was good enough [laughs]. Emma and Evan are so sweet and so cute together! It was really totally fine, but if you just think about the situation, it’s completely odd.”
American Horror Story returns Wednesday night.
