Kelly Clarkson, who recently announced that she is pregnant, sure is busy these days. Even with her growing baby bump, Clarkson took time to praise Reba McEntire and defend husband Brandon Blackstock from cheating rumors.
Things are going great for Kelly. Not only did she get pregnant, but she also married into country royalty.
The singing beauty recently told CMT about what it was like to have Reba McEntire as a mother-in-law:
“'It’s like your friend is becoming your mother-in-law and your mentor!' Clarkson gushes to CMT with a laugh. 'You know, she’s a big mentor for me, too, not only musically but professionally.' The feeling is obviously mutual, as McEntire has fawned over her daughter-in-law publicly several times, calling Clarkson her 'buddy' and admitting she was thrilled about the new addition to her family.”
Sadly, it’s not all great news for Clarkson. Kelly is suffering from terrible morning sickness. The award-winning songstress recently gave Ellen all of the gross details:
"I vomit a good dozen times a day its like bad. I vomited before coming out here. I'm not even kidding, it's so bad. It's so bad. It's, like, so gross. And that's the thing too, you're not attractive when you're pregnant. Everybody tells you [that] you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty. That is total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out--it's not all lush and beautiful--and I have no glow. Unless it's, like, something left over from a bad throw up. It's horrible."
That’s not even the worst of it. In an interview with USA Today, Kelly admitted that she even threw up during a live interview:
"I was on the phone, and she was talking, so I muted it where she couldn't hear me. I totally vomited in the toilet then just came back. I wasn't telling people, because everybody tells you to wait three months, and I didn't want her to catch on. It was pretty awesome."
