Ashley and Wynonna Judd Family Feud Continues Over Custody Battle, Ex Husband Rumors [UPDATE]

It looks like the family feud between Ashley and Wynonna Judd continues to rage on. According to reports, the fighting is over an unlikely custody battle between the two women...and it could involve Ashley's ex husband.

A new report claims that Ashley is still fighting with her sister, Wynonna, following reports that Wy installed a tracking device on Ashley's car.

According to a source who spoke with Star, things have only gotten worse for the Judds, after Ashley allegedly filed for custody of Wynonna's child:

"Wynonna and Ashley have fought before, but this is worse than ever...Gracie [Wynonna's daughter] has been fighting with her mother and has sought refuge with Ashley, but Wynonna can't believe Ashley would take her daughter's side against her."

As Classicalite previously reported:

Ashley Judd recently made headlines for accusing her half-sister, Wynonna Judd, of spying. The actress also faulted her ex-husband in placing a GPS tracking device on her vehicle.

According to court documents, Ashley is certain that Wynonna placed a cellular tracking device on one of her vehicles, a Mini Cooper. The actress filed the lawsuit in Tennessee, where such actions are illegal. According to an attorney who spoke with Fox News:

"This issue falls under Tennessee Code Annotated 39-13-606, covering Invasion of Privacy by Electronic Monitoring of a Motor Vehicle. It is considered a criminal act in Tennessee for a person to install or conceal an electronic monitoring device on a vehicle belonging to another without the owner's permission," he explained. "The penalty for those caught violating this can include both jail time and a fine. In addition to criminal charges, the person being 'spied on' can certainly sue the person (including private investigators) illegally tracking them for 'invasion of privacy.'"

When police investigated the device, they determined that it was registered to Janice Diane Swafford-Holt, a private detective. This wouldn't be the first time that Wynonna and Janice worked together, as the country singer previously employed the PI during her own divorce.

While the intentions of the device are unknown, Ashely feels that it has to do with an ongoing custody battle. Regardless of the reason, it seems that the Judd household is in shambles.

What do you think about the latest claims? Why would Wynonna track her half-sister? What do you think Ashley is up to?
