Kristin Cavallari, who announced that she is pregnant, has been busy nursing her sick son. The young woman posted a photo of herself holding her child, but fans didn’t get to see her growing baby bump. Her post comes just days before it was announced that hubby Jay Cutler signed an impressive new deal.
It’s been a great year for Kristin Cavallari. Not only did she get married to love Jay Cutler, but she also announced that she was pregnant with her second child.
In an interview with E! News, the former Hills actress explained why she chose now to expand her growing family:
"We know we want another [baby] close in age to Camden and we're at the point where we're both ready. Before Camden was born, I thought I'd be pregnant again by the time he was six months, but I definitely wasn't ready. Now, I'm finally ready."
Of course it’s not all fun and games being a mom. Kristin recently revealed that Camden is sick.
Cavallari posted a photo to Instagram showing Camden sleeping on her chest. E! described the touching photo to their viewers:
“‘My sick little peanut will only sleep on me today,’ she captioned the black-and-white family snapshot. In the cute photo, Cavallari and Jay Cutler's little one lies asleep on top of mama. The 26-year-old former Hills star rests her eyes as well while lying with her tyke.”
Cavallari’s not the only one to get some good news. Jay Cutler was recently signed to a seven year contract with the Chicago Bears.
Phil Emery, general manager of the Bears, praised Cutler, following the announcement of the deal:
"We feel very comfortable moving forward that Jay is a key part of winning championship football in Chicago. I'm very excited to have Jay for the long term."
