Kelly Clarkson, who recently announced that she is pregnant, finds herself defending her husband, Brandon Blackstock, from cheating rumors. Gossip isn’t the only thing Clarkson is battling. The singer announced that she is also suffering from terrible morning sickness.
Shortly after alerting the world to her baby bump, Clarkson took to the Twitterverse to refute claims that her marriage is in trouble:
“Keep hearing random rumors of me & Brandon splitting or that's he's cheating on me.Stop with all the lying please #aintnobodygottimeforthat”
The singer further explained her feelings in a following tweet, where she revealed that she’s concerned for the kids:
“False rumors don't bother me & Brandon but they do affect the lives of our 12 & 7 yr old. They're kids & don't get that people can print lies.”
We’re not even sure how Kelly has time to deal with the negative press, especially considering how often she’s been throwing up. The award-winning singer recently told Ellen:
"I vomit a good dozen times a day its like bad. I vomited before coming out here. I'm not even kidding, it's so bad. It's so bad. It's, like, so gross. And that's the thing too, you're not attractive when you're pregnant. Everybody tells you [that] you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty. That is total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out--it's not all lush and beautiful--and I have no glow. Unless it's, like, something left over from a bad throw up. It's horrible."
This isn’t the first time Kelly has dished on her terrible morning sickness. In an interview with USA Today, she revealed that she actually threw up during a live interview:
"I was on the phone, and she was talking, so I muted it where she couldn't hear me. I totally vomited in the toilet then just came back. I wasn't telling people, because everybody tells you to wait three months, and I didn't want her to catch on. It was pretty awesome."
