Nancy Grace Thinks Joe and Teresa Giudice Spent Last Christmas Free with Daughters, Before Fraud Trial and Arrest? [UPDATE]

Nancy Grace, the famous talking head, thinks that Joe and Teresa Giudice may have spent their last Christmas free with their daughters. Teresa dodged the question in a recent tabloid article, but only their upcoming trial will reveal if the couple is arrested and imprisoned.

Teresa recently sat down with Star, where she opened up about what Christmas had in store for her family. According to mama Giudice, neither she nor Joe exchanged gifts this year, as she told the tabloid:

“Joe and I aren’t giving gifts this year, just time with each other, which is the best thing. It’s been a hard year, so I try to be strong and set a good example for my children.’

The reporter also asked Teresa about how her pending legal woes affected Christmas, considering that this may be the last one she could spend with her family. Giudice responded in her typical fashion:

“I never let myself think that way. We live day to day and are grateful for what we have.”

This isn’t the only time Teresa found herself making headlines over the holidays. Her family Christmas card, which featured her husband and daughters, also made waves. The terribly photoshopped card bore the message:

“The gift of love,
The gift of peace,
The gift of happiness,
May all these be yours this holiday season.”

One person who’s never under the influence of the holiday spirit, however, is Nancy Grace. On a recent episode of her show, the talking head predicted an arrest for the Giudices:

"I think they were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."
