Ryan Gosling has been generating a ton of press since his rumored breakup with Eva Mendes. This time, however, the actor has made headlines for winning a new award. His latest accolade comes after rumors that the actor may once again be dating Rachel McAdams.
Huffington Post took time to compile a list of the most fashionable male celebs of 2013. According to IBN, Ryan Gosling finds himself among the Hollywood shortlist:
“The actor made the red carpet exciting by showing up in velvet suits, saddle shoes as well as trousers. His everyday wardrobe also looks cool. It is full of jackets, vintage t-shirts and boots.”
Others on the list include singer/dancer/actor Justin Timberlake, alleged Scientologist Will Smith and Jennifer Aniston beau Justin Theroux.
Of course, that’s not the real reason that Ryan finds himself in the news. Last week, a report by Radar Online confirmed what many have suspected--the actor may have separated from Eva Mendes. The gossip site quotes a source as revealing that the initial breakup occured over the Thanksgiving holiday:
“There was a realization before Thanksgiving that they took things way too fast and were rushing toward a marriage that neither of them particularly needed. They’ve decided to take a break to reevaluate their romance...They both know they need some kind of resolution in their relationship before they go out and promote their movie, in which Ryan directed Eva in a very big part.”
Don’t worry about poor Ryan though. According to a source who spoke with OK! Magazine, Rachel McAdams has reached out the the celeb, following her own high-profile split:
“Rachel is pushing hard to get him back, and he’s becoming more and more receptive to her. They talk and message each other all the time. She was so broken hearted and devastated [following her own breakup]. She thought they would be together forever and was confused as to why it fell apart. She reached out to Ryan to get his advice and since then they’ve been getting closer and closer."
