‘Hunger Games 2’ Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth Beat Bieber’s ‘Believe’ Bomb at Box Office

Looks like another good weekend for Hunger Games 2. Over a month after the film, which features Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth, hit theatres, it still destroyed Justin Bieber’s new flick. Believe, by virtually all accounts, is one of the biggest bombs in concert film box office history.

Hunger Games brought in $3.6 million on Friday. Granted, the film continues to drop from its number one spot debut. it still crished a number of films that expected a much higher return.

This is especially true for Justin Bieber’s latest abomination, Believe. Hopefully, he didn’t believe that he was going to hit the jackpot with his new concert film, because that’s simply not happening.

In the three days since its release, the movie has generated a measly $3 million dollars, an amount much lower than anyone ever expected. Analysts predict that the movie will make a mere $10 million, total. This is much less that his last concert film, which generated nearly $80 million.

Of course, crushing it at the box office isn’t the only reason Jennifer Lawrence finds herself in the news. A recent article in OK! claims that Jennifer and her HOT boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult, may be engaged. One insider told the publication that the two may even elope:

“I don’t think there’s going to be any big announcement. They just want to slip away and get married in quiet. They’d much rather run off somewhere and marry quietly and then have a family get-together, one in Kentucky [Jennifer’s home state] and the other in London [Nicholas’ home turf]. Having a lavish Hollywood wedding is the last thing they want. Jen says planning it all and working out a guest list would drive her crazy. It would be so stressful deciding who to invite, so as not to offend anyone in Hollywood.”
