2013 is almost over and with the new year approaching, now is the time that many reflect on the days of Auld Lang Syne. Between pondering how much weight you want to lose or what your ten best songs of the year were, one question is more important than all others. That question is, who is better: Loki, Tom Hiddleston, Iron Man’s Robert Downey Jr, The Vampire Diaries Ian Somerhalder and Sandra Bullock. Those are the final four nominees for E! Online’s 2013 Celebrity of the Year award.
The final four nominees for E! Online’s 2013 Celebrity of the Year award are in. The battle has come down to LOST and The Vampire Diaries star, Ian Somerhalder. Thor and Avengers baddie Tom Hiddleston, Iron Man, himself, Robert Downey Jr and Gravity’s Sandra Bullock.
It has a been a big year for Thor’s Tom Hiddleston. The Disney prince has claimed MTV’s Sexiest Man Alive award with an impressive 70 plus percent of the vote. Hiddleston also claimed the number four spot in Glamour Uk’s Sexy Man contest.
Ian Somerhalder has had a banner year himself. The Vampire Diaries star and his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, claimed E! Online’s Best TV Couple of All Time award. However...SPOILER ALERT...the couple recently called it quits on screen…END SPOILER ALERT.
Robert Downey Jr’s year didn’t fare quite as well. RDJ was dethroned for highest grossing celebrity in Hollywood by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. However, Downey didn’t have to work half as hard as The Rock for his money, so we are sure that he didn’t mind.
Unlike most women nearing 50, Gravity was very good to Sandra Bullock. The 49-year-old actress' performance in the highly acclaimed film landed her on the list alongside the boys.
