Arrow is one of the hottest shows out there. The hit CW series is leading a string of upcoming DC comics TV shows. Now the star of Arrow, Stephen Amell, is hoping to branch out into the movie universe. The Green Arrow has his sight sets on the big screen. He even went as far as to call out Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman) and Gal Godot (Wonder Woman) out. Could we soon see Arrow Vs Batman Vs Superman?
Stephen Amell is out-growing the small screen. The star of the hit CW series, Arrow, is taking aim at the box office. During a recent interview with Quiver Popcast, Amell dropped by to talk all things Arrow, including his big screen ambitions:
"Of course...I would like them to have a shared universe...We are trying to put them on a level where if Warner Brothers and DC Comics decided they wanted to them to be a part of the movie, people would buy it...I think that the characters we are creating in our universe can stand next to Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot."
This is not the first time that Amell has pondered the possibility of joining the Justice League. The actor recently spoke with Digital Spy about his desires to be in the film:
"I'd sweep their floors. Any opportunity to be a part of the Justice League movie as Green Arrow or otherwise, it would be really exciting, but it doesn't have to be a movie. We are doing a--we're working in concert with DC and the better we do, the more successful our show is, the more opportunities we're going to get to perhaps have members of the Justice League on our show."
