Following the Jonas Brothers breakup, there have been some major news announcements concerning members of the band. Nick, who loves photographing himself shirtless, is dating his new girlfriend Olivia Culpo and his brother, Joe, recently admitted to using drugs.
Nick and his girlfriend, former Miss Universe winner Olivia Culpo, have been getting awfully touchy feely in public lately. E! News recently informed their readers what it was like at the 2013 Miss Universe pageant:
“The 21-year-old brunette beauty recently gushed over her beau after giving up her crown at the 2013 Miss Universe pageant, saying on stage at Moscow's Crocus City Hall, ‘To the very special person who puts a smile on my face every day, I can't wait to start this new chapter with you.’"
This latest report comes after Nick and his brothers decided to call off their upcoming tour and breakup as a band. While numerous reasons were given, Star claims that Joe was struggling with substance abuse, as one insider revealed:
“He’s been dealing with substance abuse issues for quite some time. The tour would have never survived with how Joe was behaving. His family have been begging him to seek help. At this point, Nick and Kevin don’t care what is going on with the band, they just want to see their brother healthy. They’ve had discussions with Joe about their fears for him and the importance of getting help.”
