Nina Dobrev is anything but bitter. The Vampire Diaries star seemingly has no problem hanging out with her ex boyfriends. Not only does she work side by side with Ian Somerhalder on TVD but she recently went on a holiday vacation with Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough. Now many fans are wondering if the former lovers are getting back together.
Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough briefly dated over the summer before calling it quits. Now the former couple has recently been spotted spending time together. Dobrev and Hough met through his sister, Julianne Hough. However, the relationship didn’t last long. The couple reportedly broke it off because of the distance, but it has since been reported they broke up because Dobrev wouldn’t stay faithful. Julianne must've been so embarrassed that her best friend and her brother couldn’t work it out (Boy was she black in the face).
However, Dobrev and Mr. Hough are still on friendly terms. Rumors that the couple were thinking about getting back together started after Dobrev tweeted her congratulations to Hough following his recent DWTS win:
“Congratulations @derekhough + @msamberpriley !!!!! Way to stomp,shimmy and shake your way to first place! You deserve it! Proud of you both!”
Dobrev reportedly spent the Thanksgiving holiday with the Hough siblings. She also recently posted a picture of the three of them on a ski trip. In the photo the Hough crew can be seen in the reflection of Dobrev’s goggles. Dobrev captioned the photo, "It's all about perspective. From what I see, it looks like fun :) @juleshough @juliannehough @derekhough."
However, Dobrev has also been romantically linked with her other ex, Ian Somerhalder. The pair’s onscreen counterparts, Damon and Elena were recently voted E! Onlines Best TV Couple of All Time. Although, the character recently called it quits on The Vampire Diaries.
