Brody Jenner Shows Off New Malibu House After Bryana Holly Split [PHOTO]

Brody Jenner recently took time out of his party-filled day to show off part of his new Malibu home. His latest photo comes after he split from summer girlfriend, Bryana Holly.

Fans wanting to take a sneak peak at Brody’s new Malibu pad got a special treat Wednesday. The reality star tweeted out a link to the following photo, which shows a very...um...patriotic table.

It was gossip site Wet Paint who first broke the news of Brody’s new real estate, when they described some of the features to its viewers:

“Brody just purchased a three bedroom, three bath home on four acres of land in Malibu, near the home of his brother, Brandon, and sister-in-law, Leah, for a cool $1.9 million.”

WP also broke down the location and square footage of the property:

“Despite the hefty price tag, Brody’s new bachelor pad, which is close to dad Bruce Jenner’s $14,500 a month beachfront rental, is a far more modest home than those his stepsisters, the Kardashians, are used to, measuring in at just 1,517 square feet.”

Of course, Brody’s not just answering questions about his real estate on Twitter. The reality star also enlightened fans as to what he will be doing on New Years.

Jenner will be hosting the PCI New Years Eve Party in New Orleans. If you want to attend, you better bring your wallet, cause tickets range from $100.00 to $1,000.00.

One person who will likely not be in attendance is Bryana Holly. Bryana and Brody broke up after four months of dating, when things went awry at the Playboy Mansion. According to a source who spoke with Mail Online, the two broke up shortly after:

“Brody and Bryana both partied at the Playboy Mansion to celebrate Halloween, something Bryana was really looking forward to, but the night ended really badly.”
