Bangerz own Miley Cyrus was just declared MTV’s Artist of the Year. The “Wrecking Ball’s’ latest accolade comes after her high-profile breakup from Liam Hemsworth. Don’t worry about Miley though, rumor has it that she’s dating producer Mike WiLL Made It.
According to CNN, MTV has named Miley Cyrus 2013’s artist of the year:
“More than Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Lady Gaga or Lorde, it was Miley Cyrus who owned 2013. At least, according to MTV. After stealing the spotlight at not one but two MTV awards shows,starring in an MTV documentary and taking over the network on her 21st birthday, MTV has crowned Cyrus as its best artist of the year.”
This isn’t the only buzz Miley has been generating lately. Joe Jonas recently wrote an essay for Vulture, where he admitted that he tried weed with Miley for the first time:
"The first time I smoked weed was with Demi and Miley. I must have been 17 or 18. They kept saying, ‘Try it! Try it!’ so I gave it a shot, and it was all right. I don’t even smoke weed that often anymore. I was caught drinking when I was 16 or 17, and I thought the world was going to collapse. But I was in another country, and it was legal there. My 21st birthday, I fell down a flight of stairs. I was unconscious that time, and my whole team was scared to death that somebody was going to get a picture. Now I appreciate wine or a vodka-soda at the end of the day every once in a while."
It’s also been rumored that Miley is dating Mike WiLL Made It. According to a source who spoke with OK!, the two have hooked up in the past:
“Right now she’s in the market for a new guy and has been flirting up a storm with a number of cute guys...She’s hooked up with [Mike] a few times. Friends are warning her not to get too close, because it will only end in tears. Mike’s a total playboy and one of the worst people Miley could pick for a rebound.”
