Rumors are flying that Prince Harry of Wales may be engaged to his 2013 girlfriend, Cressida Bonas. According to reports, the sexy dancer is also helping out her boyfriend’s charity.
No matter what Cressida does, she can’t help but attract the attention of the press--even if that means she just ties a scarf around her waist. And that’s exactly what happened recently, however, the Daily Mail explains why that is important:
“Out shopping on the King’s Road, Cressida Bonas sported one of her royal beau Prince Harry’s scarves tied around her waist. The £180 limited-edition accessory is being sold in aid of the Prince’s charity, Sentebale, which helps Aids orphans in the tiny African kingdom of Lesotho. Just a handful of the scarves, made by British designers Lily and Lionel, are being made available--and Harry, it seems, has secured one for his girlfriend.”
Of course, the real news surrounding Cressida and Harry is that the two may be engaged. While some tabloids have reported that the couple is already planning a wedding, others claim that Harry is waiting for the perfect time to pop the question. According to one source who spoke with Heat, the prince may choose a romantic destination to propose:
"Harry's been training in Iceland for his walk to the South Pole in November and has fallen in love with the country. He wants to propose somewhere close to his heart and he wants to take Cressida to the famous Ice Hotel and then pop the question under the Northern Lights. He knows she'll love this.”
Regardless of the source’s prediction, Brits are already placing bets on when Harry will get engaged, as The Mirror reports:
“Rumours of an imminent engagement have seen punters reaching for their wallets to place a bet on when Harry will pop the question. William Hill have shortened the odds of the pair getting engaged in 2014 from 6/1 to 2/1 after recent bets - with money also coming in for a 2013 wedding announcement which is 3/1. Rupert Adam, a spokesman for the firm, said: ‘Harry looks smitten and it will come as no great surprise if he gets engaged to Cressida and possibly before the year is out.’”
