Ariana Grande and Selena Gomez are apparently feuding again following an incident at Friday night’s Jingle Ball concert in L.A. Meanwhile, Grande is planning to follow her Christmas Kisses EP, by releasing a new Halloween album in 2014.
Ariana Grande may have resparked her feud with Selena Gomez last friday night when she cracked a joke at Selena Gomez's expense. During Friday’s Jingle Ball concert, Gomez stormed off the stage after her sound issues plagued her set. Gomez allegedly let an F-Bomb slip.
The sound problems continued during Ariana’s set. Grande then made a quick comment about not lip synching that many fan’s took as an attack on Gomez.
Grande took to Twitter to defend herself after the backlash:
“I was just cracking a joke cause my mic was off. Everyone had tech difficulties. Sorry if it was taken the wrong way it wasn’t my intention!”
Grande further explained her actions, stating that she didn’t even know what happened during Gomez's set:
“Ohhh Jesus. I wasn’t throwing shade AT ALL I didn’t even see anyone else’s set. I was sick backstage that’s why I didn’t even do the carpet.”
However, many fans are wondering if Grande was continuing the feud with Gomez. Earlier in the year, Grande posted a picture of Gomez's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber, kissing her.
Meanwhile, Grande is releasing a brand new holiday E.P. called Christmas Kisses. Last month Grande told Guilty Pleasures that she was planning on a doing a Halloween E.P next year:
“I love Christmas but I like Halloween more, I’m doing a Halloween EP next year! I’ve said it first! I called Scooter [Grande’s manager] the other day and I said ‘Why are we doing a Christmas EP?’ and he was like ‘Because it’s Christmas and the happiest time of year. You need to do Christmas music--you have the perfect voice for it.’ And I was like ‘We’re doing a Halloween EP next year!’ And he said ‘I am down with it!’ I’ll look dope as a vampire!”
Grande should have a lot to write about, considering she claims that she had a close encounter with a demon earlier in the year. Maybe her demonic visitor was really Gomez using her wizard wand to get a little revenge.
