You don't need to hitch a ride in a flying house to get somewhere magical because the Disneyland Resort announced the much-awaited return of its "Pixar Fest," last Tuesday, Jan. 2, in its official Disney Parks blog.

The blog offered a first look at what the would-be visitors could expect in a mock-up graphic image of the fest's centerpiece, which will greet patrons of the famed theme park in a multi-day festival starting from April 26 until Aug. 4, at Main Street, USA.

Guests will be able to frolic around with Pixar favorites like "Buzz Lightyear" and "Woody" from "Toy Story," alongside familiar faces from movie sensations like "Wall-E" and "Up," in the upcoming multi-month run of the festival.

According to the blog, a new daytime parade dubbed "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!" will be making its debut at the Disney California Adventure Park alongside the flagship location at Disneyland Park.

Making a return appearance is the tear-jerker parade event "Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular" which will showcase brand-new scenes with our recently made Pixar pals from the movies "Turning Red" and "Elemental."

This means you might be able to see "Mei Lee" wave at you in her iconic red panda form or you might even witness both "Wade" and "Ember" dance in beautiful elemental harmony.

Other Disneyland Events to Look Forward To

According to the WDW Magazine, the theme park will also be launching other festivals to celebrate 2024, with the nearest being the opening of the "Lunar New Year" event at the Disney California Adventure three weeks from now, from Jan. 23 until Feb. 18.

Following that is the Disney California Adventure's "Food & Wine Festival" which can be enjoyed by park patrons between March 1 through April 22.

Across the way, at Disneyland, "Season of the Force" will also be returning on April 5 and running until June 2. In this particular event, the park will be debuting an all-new "Ahsoka Adventure" within the "Tomorrowland Star Tours" attraction.

In addition to that, the park will also be debuting a "Star Wars" musical accompaniment for the Disneyland fireworks, but only when watched at the "Star Wars Galaxy's Edge."
