LeAnn Rimes has been accused of faking her pregnancy in order to postpone a likely divorce from Eddie Cibrian. As her feud with Brandi Glanville continues, many wonder if Rimes is using the fake baby story to keep Eddie around.
While numerous outlets have reported that LeAnn and Eddie are headed towards a divorce, Star has to be the most vocal. This week, the publication is claiming that LeAnn is attempting to trap Eddie by pretending she’s pregnant. According to a source who spoke with the magazine:
“She changes her mind every day about having a baby. She actually told people that she’s pregnant and says weird things like, ‘I can’t believe this has finally happened’--but she’s not pregnant! Then the next day, she’ll say she’s not ready for a baby.”
According to the same insider, LeAnn’s actions have really affected Eddie:
“He used to ooze sexuality and charisma, and that’s all gone now. He’s depressed. For people who really know him, it’s obvious. Eddie is upset about everything LeAnn is doing, he’s embarrassed.”
This isn’t the first time that Star has claimed that the couple was splitting up. An earlier edition quoted a source as revealing:
“They’ve only been married for two and a half years, but she’s been driving him to distraction with her psycho behavior almost from the moment they first hooked up. It’s been getting continuously worse since they made it official, and Eddie can’t take it anymore; he’s at the end of his rope.”
Dean Sheremet, LeAnn’s ex, also generated a good bit of press when he revealed what it was like when LeAnn cheated on him. Her ex-hubby opened up to Access Hollywood about the deceit:
“The affair was, I mean, of all the things that I could have ever imagined would have happened, I never would have thought. I guess you have that assumption that the person that you're with would never do something like that. How close we were, I just never saw it coming. If anyone would have seen it, I thought that I would have."
