Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes’ alleged breakup has dominated the headlines for the past few weeks. But when rumors circulated that he may be dating his ex-lover, Rachel McAdams, things got taken to a whole new level. Hopefully some of that publicity will pay off, as Gosling’s new film, Only God Forgives, has a quickly approaching release date.
On Monday, December 2, fans will get their chance to take home Only God Forgives. But if you just can’t wait, Total Film has released a behind-the-scenes clip on their website.
The vid features Ryan Gosling and Nicolas Winding Refn working side by side. The lighthearted clip shows the boys teasing one another. At one point, Nicolas tells the camera that Gosling has “a face for radio.”
Nicolas was, obviously, being ironic. After all, the heartthrob recently got a shout out from Adam Levine, who took home this year’s Sexiest Man Alive title from People. During his acceptance speech the Maroon 5 frontman actually thanked Gosling:
“Ryan Gosling, thank you for turning this down constantly, that really helped my campaign."
Of course, the real news surrounding Gosling is that he might be back together with Rachel McAdams. A source recently spoke with OK! Magazine and claimed that the two were becoming quite the item:
“Rachel is pushing hard to get him back, and he’s becoming more and more receptive to her. They talk and message each other all the time. [McAdams] was so broken hearted and devastated [after her recent breakup with another man]...She reached out to Ryan to get his advice and since then they’ve been getting closer and closer.”
It looks like Ryan’s fans are really excited by the rumors. The potential couple has received a ton of positive feedback in the Classicalite comment section, like this fan who goes by the name Summer:
“I'd be the happiest girl in the world if this is true Ryan Gosling and Rachel Mcadams make the best couple ever!!! :) :) :)”
Summer wasn’t alone either. Her sentiment was echoed by numerous users, including Ellen, who wrote:
“I absolutely love ryan and rachel together, so I really hope this is true. They seemed perfect together, and happy.”
