Looks like Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may not be getting a divorce in 2013 after all. Rumors are flying that Kardashian will forgive Odom for his cheating and drug use, if he continues to stay sober. Are these just more tabloid lies or is the couple really back together?
For months, Khloe and Lamar have been mainstays on the cover of nearly every tabloid. While this is pretty standard for the Kardashian clan, the rumors surrounding Khloe and Lamar are much more serious than a potential baby bump.
Over the summer, numerous articles alleged that Lamar was cheating on his beautiful wife. Several tabloids ran in-depth interviews with multiple mistresses, who all alleged that they, too, slept with Lamar while he was married to Khloe.
One woman--Polina Polonsky--reports that she and Lamar engaged in unsafe sex, but was under the impression that he and his wife were separated. Polina, who passed a lie detector test, also claimed that Lamar suffered from drug addiction.
This, too, was a story that nearly every tabloid picked up on. And that makes a lot of sense, especially considering how much weight Lamar dropped over the summer. His alleged substance abuse ranged from crack cocaine to oxycontin, however, these rumors were never confirmed.
As a result, many were predicting the end of their marriage. OK! suggested otherwise, however, when they recently claimed that Khloe was willing to forgive Odom’s past transgressions. According to a source who spoke with the tabloid, things are slowly getting better for the couple:
“At this point, it’s all very conditional--he isn’t moving back in until he has proven that he can stay sober for at least three months. But Khloe is very hopeful that he’ll be able to do it and they’ll be back together again.”
The source went on to reveal that the entire Kardashian clan is rallying around Lamar. According to the insider, the family is hopeful and supportive:
“Her whole family still loves Lamar; they see his addiction as a disease and are all rooting for him. They are so proud that he’s got three weeks sober, and wanted to show him that he’s still one of them.”
